My 92 Blazer has about 150,000 miles and has not rolled over. Im putting some work in to it to fix it up. Currently, it’s not shifting up to third gear it seems. It gets stuck around 35/40 MPH. It previously had a coolant leak that I just fixed, and this issue started around the same time. Not sure what my next step should be.

Well, if it has vacuum modulators for the shifting, replace the vacuum modulator. If not, it would be internal the transmission. You'd have to take it apart and see if any shifts solenoids are wearing out
