96 gmc savanna sputters and feels like loss of power under acceleration

I have a 96 gmc savanna that while accelerating for a distance (getting on interstate or climbing a hill) it sputters and feels like it looses power. I've replaced fuel pump, fuel filter, plugs, wires, cap, Rotor, air filter, cleaned MAF sensor, replaced o2 sensor b1 s1. Most recent codes says o2 b2 s1 sensor low voltage-slow response. 5.7L

Well I would try the oxygen sensors first because if bad they can make the vehicle run to lean and it won't have any power going. Uphill. Of course, the only problem with that is the accident sensors report data and if the data is lean then yeah it'll affect the performance even though it's the sensor. Just telling you that it's laying and it censor isn't bad. But then you get into some really complex crap like fuel injectors and computer ignition timing. Pray it's just a bad sense

Chances are that you have a vacuum leak. Check your fuel trims with a diagnostic tool.

A plugged up catalytic converter can rob power too.
