I have a 97 Chevy Lumina LS with 92,000 original miles and the cruise control doesn’t work. The previous owner claimed that it did work while he owned it but only after he got above 35 mph. I have attempted to use it at various speeds with no luck so far. It’s not something I can’t live without but it’s always convenient on longer drives.

Realize that's a completely electronic system and there's nothing you can really do other than make sure the wires are plugged in and nothing has come loose in the fuse is blown. Other than that you're going to need a mechanic
