I'm not quite sure what you're trying to say, between grammar errors and misspellings, it it very confusing.

If there was air in the system, that will cause inefficient cooling. You should have also replaced the receiver/ dryer. It's standard procedure when refilling air conditioners that have had air in the system for any length of time.

Don't vent refrigerant into the atmosphere. It's a federal offense and if somebody catches you, you could possibly do jailtime. You need to evacuate the system using a refrigerant recovery machine that any mechanic who specializes in HVAC has.

The right way to do it is to have the system evacuated using recycling equipment as required by law, then charging in the correct amount of refrigerant by weight. Modern AC systems are very sensitive to the amount of refrigerant and just a few ounces off either way can cause problems.

What you may be able to get away with is "topping up" the system, adding a little bit of refrigerant at a time while watching pressures, and stopping when you get suitably cold air out of the vents - or if pressures get dangerously high.

Do NOT use those so-called "recharge cans" sold at most auto parts stores. You need a full manifold gauge set to monitor both high and low pressures. (An inexpensive set of gauges is fine for home use.) You also want to avoid adding refrigerant containing sealers since those can ruin your AC system, use only pure R134a refrigerant.

If you are not familiar with working on air conditioning it would best to have a professional HVAC technician evacuate and recharge the system for you. Also, there are other issues besides losing refrigerant that can cause a loss of cooling. You can see information from Scotty in the videos below:
