i need help i have acura TL 2000. Everytime i get check engine light and TCS light code on. Somebody says it is and egr which need to be cleaned. There is one video on youtube which said there is a wire under radiator hose red in colour remove it and put it back on and it took TCS away but after couple days it came back on.
please help thank you.
No problem in driving but No traction system and the code says p0301.
Clarification: Engine, mileage?
This indicates a cylinder 1 misfire. . How old are the spark plugs? Check the coil pack for good connections and operation by switching it with another coil pack.
TCS problems are often due to problems with the wheel speed sensors and/or wiring. A high-end scan tool should show which one, but it would be a good idea to check the wiring to the sensors, as it is semi-exposed to the elements, road debris, etc.
