I got my alignment done 3 times over the past 2 years @ WheelWorks, I have the lifetime alignment service. The steering wheel is still slightly crooked to the left when I drive straight.

Have you taken one of their service guys for a ride and shown them this? Do they just shrug their shoulders each time? If so, time to take your business elsewhere.
Does the service center perform a steering angle sensor reset ? It is ideal to have one after an alignment.
You can call them up and check if they performed one for your service request. If not you would feel your steering to be off at a fixed angle, which is the case.
