Hey Scotty,
My 2018 Audi S5 Cabriolet with 39,000 miles has the 8-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission. It intermittently goes stupid. It will sometimes refuse to upshift either automatically or manually until 2000 RPM regardless of the rate of acceleration or slope. Any thoughts?

That's the famous 'Vorsprung durch Technik', as Audi claims it since many years.
To your problem: maybe the computer system of the car can/has to be resetted....

I found some videos on how to do a factory reset. It works for maybe a few days.
