Hey Scotty, ive got a 2004 Honda Civic 190 k miles, rebuilt automatic transmission. My car has a rough idle, I semi cleaned the throttle body (couldn't find any cleaner so I wiped it with a dry rag) and the shaking got a bit better. When I shift from D2 to D the idle gets very rough and itll turn off if i dont Rev it to at least 1500 rpm. If i do rev it quickly enough its like nothing happened. Could it be the dirty throttle body?

Could be. Clean the MAF sensor as well.
