Hi Scotty,
I got a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT Automatic with the 4.7L Magnum engine, having horrible gas mileage. Scanned for code P2097 Post Catalyst fuel trim system too rich bank 1 (Also P0740, P0300 probably unrelated). Muffler was recently replaced. Exhaust is white smoke. Checked exhaust pipes while cold and I did not see any smoke. O2 Tests came back green, Sensors 1 & 2 on Bank 1 0.10V to 0.75 V. Scan tool did not show data for other sensors. Checked wiring on sensors after catalytic, looked good (Possibly replaced recently). What should I do?
Thanks

If one thing doesn't work, move on the next step. First, check for vacuum leaks. Second, clean mass air flow sensor. Third, change the oxygen sensor. Fourth, change the spark plugs.
