I have been having the hardest time with my Saturn, I had to keep jumping it for about a week.  I changed the alternator.  I changed the starter.  I changed the battery and it won't start!  It clicks and I finally got it to crank but no start.  My stereo won't come on or the hazards.  Even a jump won't start it. When I connect the battery all the dash warning lights come on.  Even if I didn't have the key in ignition and it wasn't trunked on the lights on the dash would come on but go off if I turn headlights or try to turn em on.

Before it finally quit running the airbag warning light would come on for a Lil bit then all of a sudden it went away. IV used a code reader it said cylinder 2 misfire then a month ago I did another code reader and the same cylinder 2 code popped up but then the fuel pump code came on.  The only problem I have with the fuel pump in the tank is it seems different from all the other tank or pumps.  It looks built into the tank or I could be wrong and there was more added to he pump.  IV looked everywhere under the car even in the tank and I promise u I looked everywhere and I cannot find the filter for the fuel pump.

I'm at a complete loss IV been trying to get it to at wat make it to m kids before Christmas I desperately need ur help. I would really like to be with my boys before Christmas I don't get much time with em and if I miss this Christmas they won't forgive me so please I beg.  What can I do?

Now you know why they don't make Saturns anymore they didn't hold up that great overtime and the ion was one of the cars that really led to the demise of Saturn. That's sad you certainly seem to have electronic problems with the vehicle. Common problems include ignition switch failure and computer failure have a mechanic check those first
