If you're 100% sure that nothings locked up, wiggle each pulley and make sure there isn't any play. It's also possible that one of the pulley's is misaligned. Has anyone replaced any of the belt driven components lately? If so, make sure all of the pulleys line up.

Sure none of the pulleys be at fault? Have you checked? Sometimes there be vibration and/or jagged edges for whatever reason. That can definitely cause premature belt wear. Also don't buy cheap china belts lol.

I have dayco belts

According to this thread it's a toss up but there is a better brand that is more reliable to try. Others had their dayco belts torn from premature wear before it seems.

I would also check the pulley alignments and get a better quality belt. I had a Dayco belt in my Ranger that would chirp when it went around the power steering pulley, Idk why. I checked the pulley, it was fine. I paid $43 for the OEM Motorcraft belt and the serpentine line is silent. Several reviews on the Dayco belt for my truck also complained of noise.

I have replaced the A/C clutch and the alternator that’s all I replaced and I checked and I don’t feel anything loose tension on belt is correct.

I have used dayco, gates, continental, duralast, and car quest belts they all shredded. I noticed that the belt was walking it’s way off the a/c clutch and from there it would shred so I have no clue.

carnk seal is leaking I think maybe that’s the reason why it’s shredding the belts because the oil’s getting on it and then it slips off and then it gets oil soaked and it shreds.
