Scotty, would this scanner check pcm to see if signal is going to engage ac. The site said you recommended it

It looks like a very basic scanner. It's unlikely that it has bidirectional control ability. You'll have to spend a few hundred dollars for that.
But I don't make the thing, so you should be asking the company's sales or technical people these questions about their product.
