Hello Scotty,

I have an Audi Allroad 2014, an Opel Zafira 2007 a VW Golf 2012 and an Opel Corsa 1994- I want to get a Dodge V8 in about 3y

I am servicing my cars as a hobby and I would like an advice for cleaning engine parts - a washing mashine - I spend a lot of time cleaning the parts so they are mint and I would like to buy a washing mashine for this

it's called a "parts washer". I'm surprised you didn't find it with a web search.

Professional shops use them because it makes sense for their volume. They use traditional Varsol, or now they have new enzymatic formulas, which aren't as strong but they're much better for your skin.

For home servicing I think it's overkill and takes up too much space. For personal use I think it's better to just use a meat lug, a pair of gloves, toothbrush and a can of brake clean/gasoline/paint thinner.

Congrats u narrowed it down to "parts washer" - however that was not the question. I found multiple installations on google. The question was about a specific manufacturer. Cleaning them in a bucket is not so productive, especially when I am cleaning the EGR valve and throttle valve.

Your question wasn't very clear about what you wanted then. Let me update it for you.

Manufacturer doesn't really matter. It's just a tub and a pump (made by someone else).

I never said bucket.
Cleaning EGR valves and throttle bodies in a basin has always worked for me.

Some parts can handle brake clean.  For the rest, I’d use Chris Fix’s Soapy Wooder.
