So, I have a 2013 Captiva Sport that I replaced the radiator on. I'm getting ready to add coolant to the system but how do I burb the air out of the system if it doesn't have a radiator cap? It's a 4 cylinder LTZ model, does it have a bleeder valve somewhere? I've searched YouTube and google but couldn't find any on my particular vehicle. please help.

It appears youv'e already researched bleeding procedures. If there is no radiator cap there will be a pressure cap on the coolant expansion tank, use that instead.

Expansion tanks always have a head of air . Provided it's the highest point, the system is pretty much self-bleeding. No opening of the cap necessary.

Good point, though one of my cars with a pressurized expansion tank has a bleeder on the thermostat housing which is pretty much the highest point on the engine.
