Hey Scotty, I have a 2004 Ford Crown Victoria that has 252,000 miles. It seems like my blend door got stuck and unfortunately it’s stuck on the heater side. Which company do you recommend to buy for a new blend door actuator and is it possible to do it yourself.
You might be able to get it from Rock Auto, otherwise it's the junkyard.

That's what I've heard about those, that blend door failure is common on those cars and you have to take the dashboard out to repair it. I think Scotty I've even heard Scotty mention it in his videos.
Alright thank you, as of right now it’s on the A/C side. We’re going to wait a while and change it later. Also, I found out I can restart the system and it’ll move around which eventually went to the A/C side.
