Hello,

I'm looking into buying an older project car, and I came across this BMW 750i 1991 with a V12 engine. I remember a video of you saying that this is one of few BMWs you would buy but I'm still asking for your opinion about what to be careful about. it has 136700 miles (I don't think they are highway miles), they claim it's in good condition, but it doesn't have a battery.

This thing is made well .. parts are becoming hand to find but it was built well because it was simple.

But it cost alot to maintain.. example brake job on this cost it out.

I love the big 7 series cars so it to  you knowing parts are expensive a labor will be expensive.

This car will never really become collectable... but you never know could be part of the land yacht club.

@klob
yeah, I also really like those flagship German cars, I like them any age but the older ones are usually better built and don't break that much. any suggestion on which other cars would be better? (I mainly like Mercedes or BMW).

I think u have solid pick .. the merc are overly engineered in that area and every things runs off vaccum ... I quite like these land yacht. That time period I would go bmw
