Body shop work update

Hi, my dad has a 2017 chevy impala. He he bumped the front of the car while in traffic. There wasn't major damage but the tip of the hood was a little bent, the front of the bumper was pushed in and the side panel gaps were larger. He had an auto body shop repair it. When he got it back we noticed that the panel gaps still were larger on the sides, the front of the hood was sitting slightly lower then the bumper and the front of the hood is sitting slightly to the left of the front of the bumper. Should I expect it not to look perfect or should I go back.

Update

I made another appointment for them to adjust the panel gaps. In the meantime I was looking over the car and saw they replaced the headlights with aftermarket ones that are not gm approved even though he billed me for oem ones. Now I'm wondering of the replacement bumper which he said is oem is actually aftermarket. Any suggestions?

Thanks

You have the "right" to demand OEM only parts. If they won't comply, communicate with the insurance company & tell them that you'd like to go elsewhere as it sounds like a bum shop.
