Nope. That's why brakes are always "bled" to replace the fluid.

No. The new fluid would mostly just sit in the master cylinder.
You flush out brake fluid using basically the same procedure as bleeding air out of the brakes. You may need a bidirectional scan tool to bleed/flush fluid through the ABS system.
