2001 Camry front brakes squealing but have plenty of meat. Rear drums have plenty also...

You could try pulling the pads off and coating the rear of the pads with disc brake quiet or similar. If that doesn't get it done, you may have glazed rotors. Check for that when doing the pads.
Also lube the clips that the pad ends slide in
