Hey Scotty!
My wife drives a 2012 Outback, 150,000 miles.
The breaks seem to be squeaking when coming to a stop. They don't squeak when cruising. It sees to be coming from the front and the fronts only have only have 5,000 miles on them. I wanted to check the rear brakes individually with the parking brake but its electronic and I can't control how hard I want them to brake. Starting to understand why you hate electronic parking brakes so much!
What could be causing the issue? It just started this week. Thanks!

Some brake pad compounds are prone to squealing. There is goop you can buy to spread on back of the pads to help prevent it.
