Scotty, we bought a brand new 2020 Honda Base model Fit for eventually towing on a trailer behind a motorhome, because it will no longer be offered. It sat on the lot for 9 months, driven a total of 40 miles. Anything special we should watch for or be aware of? It likely won't see much mileage for the next year or so. It seems to be a great little car, adds to our 2010 CR-V and our 2015 Pilot. We keep them well maintained, the CR-V is garage kept and very nearly mint with roughly 70k miles. That is why it isn't going behind an RV. Thanks for your response.
Congrats on your new car. The only thing I would say is check the tires.
Probably the most reliable sub-compact car in America.
Just remember they need engine valve adjustments every 80-90,000 miles.
Really dumb of Honda to discontinue the Fit as gas prices are soaring ever higher.
