Hello,

So I have a 2015 Buick Encore and it has the codes P0172 and P1101. I have replaced air filter, pcv valve hose, valve cover, and EVAP canister. What could the problem be that would throw these codes?

Replace the MAF sensor and get a new PCV valve.  You said you replaced the hose, not the valve.

So I had tested the MAF Sensor and it was within its perimeters. As for the PCV Valve, I had a fix a kit to remedy the one in the intake manifold, no issues. The code P0172 cleared but P1101 still remains permanent in the ECM. I am lost as to what it may be. I even went to great lengths as to cleaning the throttle body.

What exactly is a "fix a kit" for the PCV valve?  You're just supposed to replace it with a new one.

Due to that cheap piece of rubber that sits in the intake is blown out (bad design on GM), I was able to plug the hole, use a 1/4" vacuum y fitting in the same line as the purge solenoid, and a check valve to maintain vacuum pressure in the line. The line also connects into the PCV hose from where I placed the check valve straight into the turbo. The vehicle runs fine and doesn't go into limp mode. I am going to clean out the turbo and intake manifold to clear up any gunk in the system. I am hoping that works to further smooth out the small flux in RPMs.

Glad you could find and fix the problem.  Thanks for letting us know.
