Hey Scotty! Big fan of your work over youtube, i want to ask if revving car while in parking mod and smelling something is burning under the hood is fine ? If not then what do i need to do to fix this issue.
its not a rubbery smell nor like an oil.
i am the 2nd owner of this car
it was used as a tlc (uber, taxi) here in NYC
Toyota Avalon 2015 xle standard v6 eng
200,000 plus miles on
changed engine year ago.
thank you and please let me know i dont want to spend money on the car
it runs great but today when i was cleaning the interior i by mistake pushed the acceleration and the noise was better than ever but that burning smell made me curious.

make sure there's nothing on the belt or hot exhaust
