Hi, was asking if this car was worth around 12 grand. 68 thousand miles. Was in a wreck but the guy buys wrecked cars and then fixes them up and sells them. Looks good from looking around the car. Going on a test drive tomorrow. Anything specific I should keep my eye on for this car? Will give more of a detail tomorrow under and during startup

Edit: never heard any complains about this guy. I always see him selling cars

Red cars have no real value I would not pay that kind of money for a wrecked car. Plenty of non-wrecked cars out there

Run away from a wrecked title.

If its wrecked it is worth much less. If it was a clean title, that is generally what they go for.

Honestly I would walk away UNLESS you are in California. Seriously, take a stroll on craigslist and they are all salvage titles no one is willing to sell a clean title Accord, and if they do it generally costs more than a new Civic. I definitely would have a mechanic check it out and haggle hard if that were the case.

For now, your best bet would be to keep looking.

Also I'm not joking I checked literally %10-20 of them are clean titles so good luck finding one.

But to be clear salvage title cars are almost worthless in the real world they are worth like 30-40% of the clean title value and usually have more problems.
