2016 toyota camry xse 6cylinder automatic approx 68k miles. I'm considering buying from a dealer thats asking $18,000

Only a good mechanic inspecting the car before purchase can tell you if it's worth buying. The price does seem ridiculous for a 9-year-old Camry but that's why they're called stealerships. The mileage is suspiciously low and needs to be verified. Also, see the car buying guide in the FAQ.
