I have a neighbor who has a 95 Camry v6 with 200000 plus miles on it. The EGR code p0401 keeps reappearing after changing and cleaning everything. Any suggestions?

it could be a wiring problem a computer driver circuit problem or carbon buildup on the intake clogging it up

Did everything but change the computer. Checked the power to the switch , had power. Changed switch. Trying to help him with no success.
