I might need a new Low Coast Brake Solenoid. Can I replace just the individual solenoid or do I need to replace the entire valve body assembly?
I am working on an 2003 Infiniti G35 / Nissan 350z
Also I shouldn't have to drop the whole transmission for this correct? Just the pan?

I recommend that you take it to a transmission shop

Did you check and see if there was any firmware or software updates first? And if you get a new valve body from Nissan/Infiniti they are blank and need to be programmed.
