Okay guy I need help with this one. My 2003 e320 airmatic developed a vibration starting at 55 to 60 mph. You can feel it slightly in the steering wheel and mostly in feet. The wheel doesn't move it shake you can just feel the vibration. When going faster it feels like the whole car is shaking but it feels like its coming from front..The car has developed at lot of road noise that gets louder the faster you go but is not noticed till higher speed. I started replacing alot of parts over past year to keep up with maintenance. I replaced the Upper control control arms, inner and outer tie rods. Lower control arms and rack mounts are good. Front lower and rear lower ball joints in past year. Drive shaft has no vertical play at all, Carrie bearing and mount are good. No cracking or movement at the flex disc. Hubs and bearings replaced with rotors and break past 1 month. Motor and transmission mounts replaced and there is zero running or mechanical issues with tran or engine. No bent rim, tires are good and balanced and redid my alignment last night. I legitimately checked every single inch of car multiple times and everything is perfect or has been replaced.  I even took the car to a mechanic just in case I missed something and the car checks out. They said there is nothing wrong and have no clue what's causing it. The only thing I can think of is a small defect in tire that cannot be seen or  detected. At first I thought it was my air compressor coming loose. I did remove relay and still did it so that rules that out. Obviously something is wrong, hoping someone can give me a idea or something I'm just not thinking of. Usually I can diagnose stuff like this in minutes.

Well watch my video finding a source of car noises Scotty. When you watch that on YouTube you can see you can get a device like that. Hook it all over the car and you'll be able to hear where the vibration is coming from. Pinpoint in it by moving the sensors until you get the loudest noise. That's the only way you can get the weird noises like that

I figured it out. It was the  Front Rearward Lower Control Arm. I removed it and compared it to the original and noticed it had a very minor bend to it. I did compare the 2 at first install but didn't notice it or it happened shortly after. I installed the original and the vibration is gone. I also replaced my front left tire and now everything is quite and smooth. Just Another case of new parts being bad.

maybe someone bought it, bent it, put it back in the box and returned. Dealer just put it back on the shelf. What brand?

The part that was bad was a dealership part.  The other lower control arm was dealer as well. Everything else was rein and movotech.
