I have a 2002 Toyota Echo 4door with 215,000+ miles on it and I had cat converter, purge solenoid, and carbon canister replaced with new parts recently and this morning I ran through a puddle of water and moments later the check engine light came on do you know what could be the problem, I read that the 02 sensor might of got wet. I would appreciate your help on this situation. Thank You, Ruben.
It might help just a little bit if you would provide the code(s) that triggered the check engine light.

But I had a new cat converter, purge solenoid, and carbon canister installed just about 2 months ago due to same codes.
