Car shakes while braking from high speed

Hi everyone,

Just found a weird issue with my brakes, whenever I gently brake from ~140 kmh, everything starts shaking quite violently, steering wheel, brake pedal and most of the car. If I brake hard it's barely noticeable.

I have new brake pads and disks front and back from the dealer, the disks aren't warped or anything. I also had the rims balanced, those are fine as well. Tires are less than 1 year old Pirelli WinterSottozero 3 XL.

Weirdly enough, if I try to brake from the same speeds after going to the car wash, it's perfectly fine.

Anything else I should look for?

The shaking in the pedal kind of feels like abs kicking in but the abs light doesn't flicker

Well wet brakes and rotors will slip more and not Vine so I would assume you just got crappy brake pads are crappy rotors. Ones that only work when it's wet outside

They're Toyota OEM's ...
