Car tire pressure

I went to a tire shop to add a little bit of air in my tires. The guy over fill the tires and the car tires pressure menu shows it's at 43 when it recommended to have it at 33. Should i be concerned? Also I want to get a good quality and simple air Gauge, any recommendations?

Put it back to 33.

Available at your local gas station:

I don't like changing batteries. My phone has a light on it for seeing.

You want to set your pressure when your tires are cold (e.g. after a night stand). So if you drive to a tire shop to get your tires pumped up (why would someone want to do that? dont you have an air pump? ), as you arrive there, your tires will no more be cold due to having had a ride, and any pressure they show to you would be not really indicative of anything. That is why good tire shop mechanics normally set tire pressure higher than normal - so that afterwards, say, the next morning, you can take your air pressure gauge and set your pressure in a precise manner yourself, not even needing the air pump - by letting excessive air out.

Since you obviously dont have an air pump, I would recommend that you buy one with a digital pressure sensor. It is very convenient, since it automatically shuts off having reached the pre-set pressure. Since I have one(actually, two of them), I have not been using my pressure gauges for 10 years or so.

Example of a digital pump that looks good to me

I cannot recommend the pumps I am using, since they are so old that they are not available for sale anywhere any more.

As to the tire pressure gauge, I cannot recommend a specific make, since the ones that I have are long outdated. But I can give you a few things to consider when selecting a tire pressure gauge, out of my own 20+ years experience:
1) get a digital one. Their readings are much easier to read, especially at night;
2) get one with a large bright screen (backlighting). The ones with simple and small non-lit LCD screens can also be a pain to read in stressful situations at night;
3) most important: get one which can be conveniently pressed and held against the tire air valve with your finger. Those with pistol grips are less convenient.
This is an example of a device I found not convenient at all:

And this is an example of a very convenient one, which looks very much like my favorite:
