2015 Kia Soul with 85,135 miles and has automatic transmission.
Car wouldn’t turn on one day so I jumped started it then tightened the battery terminals when I got home. Car now starts but cranks a few times before starting. Is this something I should be worried about and if so how do I fix this?

Make sure your battery is very clean. The terminals and connectors and the top of your battery. Try that first.

Could be sign of a weak battery or started motor.
Hook up a jump starter and give the battery some juice and see if the car starts up with minimal cranks .. then look at the starter.
