How do I fix misfire

2007 5.7L Toyota Tundra with 313,000 miles.

Symptom: Rough idle at start up before the morning before the CEL lit up.
Codes: C1201, P0300, P0303, P0306 and P0307

I have driven about 250 miles since the CEL lit up... no symptoms.

What's going on/
What do I need to do?

Thank you.

C1201

For other codes see our FAQ about misfire and see if it helps.

Good luck!

Update:

Both the gas cap and battery were 6 years old.
I replaced both of them, and I have driven an additional 1,000 miles since the initial episode.
The CEL has not come on and the truck runs perfect.

Why is the misfire moving from one cylinder to another?

because the source of your problem is not cylinder specific. See Scotty's video reply on this page.

Another misfire detected!

The first time was a code for random misfires.

About a month later the code was for a misfire detected on cylinder 7.

This weekends code is for a misfire on cylinder 5.

I have no issues with performance or drive-ability.

I erased the codes and continue to drive the truck.

Why is the misfire moving from one cylinder to another?
