Hey Scotty, would you recommend putting silver anti-seize on wheel hubs so winter tires don't stick when I want to remove them come the fall?

I am not scotty ..
Winter tyres are used and great when the road are snow and icey .
Winter tyres are not great in wet condition.
Summer tyres are great in the wet.

You mean Spring?
It shouldn't stick after one season, but if that's a problem you have, then sure try it.
Just don't glob too much on there in case it gets in the brakes.
