Chevy Aveo possible throttle problem

I've got a 06 Chevy Aveo 5 speed. A few weeks ago it tripped the throttle codes P2106, P2110, and P1516 while sitting in the driveway warming up (Maybe 15 minutes). I cleared restarted the car and the speed cap stopped. I was able to go to work then I cleared the codes and haven't had a problem since. However the steering wheel twitches when I put my foot on and take it off of the accelerator. It also only gets about 26mpg and i live out of town so it's more highway driving than in town/traffic( the car is supposed to get 36highway). I'm wondering if I should get a new sensor or replace the whole throttle. Or perhaps there's a separate issue like my motor mounts for the twitching. I had my friend rev it and watched the engine bay and it's not moving more than normal.

Thanks!

Do you know if your car is a subject of any related TSB?
