I'm no Tahoe expert, but that's an 08 with a 3rd gen 5.3. I believe cylinder deactivation wasn't implemented until 2010, making the 08 5.3 a pretty solid engine. It's typical late 2000's GM however, and the bankruptcy of the company really impacted the quality of their products between 2008 and 2009.
If you're in Sweden and have to haul around a ton of stuff and tow it could be an alright truck, just get it inspected and only purchase it if you need it.

AFM was instituted in 2006.
That generation of the car was not terrible however, this year has a cracked dashboard issue.
Before buying to the following:
- Check for rust on the car itself.
- Take the vehicle for a test drive to see if you like it.
- Have a mechanic look it over to make sure everything functions correctly.
- Do some research and check the link below.
