This car has had battery issues and the battery was replaced recently and dealership tests show that the battery is in good shape after the incident below.
My wife was driving the car, and the steering stopped responding (seized). Luckily, she was able to drive straight into
a parking lot. This had happened once or twice before (when the car wouldn't start because of a dead battery) but never while driving.
Anyway, the battery light comes on in that parking and my wife boosts the car and the steering wheel is responsive
again and she drives home.
Last time, I took it out of garage, the car was running and I backed up straight and tried to turn the wheel, it turned a little
then seized, then turned a little and then seized and I was able to straighten the wheels to go directly back into the garage.
Now, we have stopped driving it. Any ideas on what the problem might be?
Otherwise, does this car have any valuable parts that I could sell to recover some of its value?
Thank you Scott!
