Car is under warranty and the ford escape are known for blowing head gaskets in this year car yes white smoke was seen dealership did nothing

White smoke is a telltale sign. Pretty bad if the head gaskets are so bad they'll fail in a few years, even the old Subarus would usually take 10-12 years before they'd blow. If the vehicle is still under warranty don't let them get away with it.

Head gasket replacement is a big job and the dealer won't get paid much for it as a warranty item, they're probably blowing you off hoping it will last until the warranty is up. Then you'd have to pay them outrageous $$$ for the job. Take it to another Ford stealership for a 2nd opinion if you have to, they should be able to test for head gasket failure.

Typically a thermostat stuck open will cause the engine to take a long time to reach operating temperature.

The coolant is going somewhere, it's either being burned or it's leaking. Pay attention to the radiator pressure cap since those can let coolant escape when the rubber seal deteriorates. I wouldn't think a 3 or 4 year old vehicle would have a blown head gasket but it is possible. (Has it ever overheated? Any white smoke out the exhaust?) Aside from pressure testing the cooling system, UV dye can help locate a leak. Take it to a good independent mechanic instead of a stealership for diagnosis.
