2010 Honda Civic 1.8 automatic. Radiator fan only runs when AC is on. Swapped relays, no change. Fuses good. Haven't jumped water outlet mounted coolant temp sensor plug with paper clip yet, but shouldn't there be voltage on one side of the plug when the car is running? Didn't detect any with volt meter between plug and battery neg terminal. Hopefully this didn't affect ECU.
