2010 lexus gs300 traveled 120000km. My car cranks but no start. If I disconnect the battery terminals then completely drain the system by turning on the headlights overnight. Next day reconnect the battery then the engine starts with no problem. I can drive the car normally but as soon as I turn off the engine, back to the same problem again that is cranks but no start. Please help.

Well the most common problem like that is something draining the battery. So I would do my video fixing battery drain on your car, it's on YouTube. Now. If there isn't a drain then you would have some type of computer failure because you're just resetting the computer by doing that. But that's pretty rare on one of those. Unless you have things like my grandson's tundra that mice ate up the wiring to the computer
