Hello,
I drive a 2014 Honda CR-V with 90000 km makes a creaking noise, and I feel the suspension is stiffer in extremely cold temperatures. I plan to apply grease to the bushings, but I don't know how to because an aerosol spray would dry out quicker than gel-type grease. Does anyone know how to apply gel-type grease? Do I just rub the exterior of the bushings with grease?
Sincerely

You could try some AT-205 Reseal on the rubber bushings but if they're dry-rotted or otherwise worn or damaged replacement is the only real cure. If the suspension is not loose and making clunking noises I wouldn't worry about it.
