Crooked Steering Wheel

Hey Scotty! I just had an alignment done on my 2004 Sequoia. It handles straight down the road but the steering wheel is crooked. I took it back to the shop but its still having the same problem. What could it be?

They never locked down the steering wheel straight before they adjusted the alignment. That's pretty shoddy work.

It is possible that the shop failed 2 times with the alignment. The steering wheel has to be straight before the alignment, and if they don't use weights it could cause issues. If this is happened only after visiting the shop that is. Most of these alignments are "set the toe and let it go" type places. So if you got a newbie mechanic who only looks at the green number you got a bit of an issue there if they didn't check the steering wheel first and then do the alignment.
