I have an automatic 2009 Honda fit with 80k miles. I changed the passenger CV axle connected to the intermediate shaft and kept the old c clip. To insert it, I had to bang it with a hammer and I tried yanking it out and couldn't so it seems tight. The axle dust shield was pressed flush but after a 5 min test drive, the axle came out about 5/32 inch (5mm). I can push it in more but it just comes out again. Is this normal/safe? It should not move that much those little clips can be really hard to get in and outright even in my own life as a professional mechanics sometimes I had to go by another axle that had the clip inserted correctly because I couldn't reuse the old one
