Dear Scotty, I'm a mechanic myself, and have been ripping into blocks since i was 10 years old, but im curious...I own a 1995 Acura Legend GS sedan. It is OBD1 and Automatic. I made the mistake of overfilling it and using 2 different types of transmission fluids ( both safe for the transmission backed by fellow Legend owners ). My question is, with 158xxx miles on fhe car, I was thinking of correcting my mistake by doing a transmission flush and refill completely with Honda fluid, would it be safe to flush it? I'm not sure if you can reach me privately or you can only reach me on your channel/videos. I'd appreciate your input at your quickest convinence. Thank you for your time.
Don't flush it just change it
Be sure to use the correct Honda fluid, this time.. The exact fluid & quantity should be mentioned in your owner’s manual.
Do a drain and fill.
