I have a 2007 Lexus RX 350 with 175000 miles. I don’t know when or if the differential and transfer case fluid was changed. Is there any issue switching it to synthetic or should I just stay with conventional? Any recommendations on fluid? The manual says 80w90 but I have heard people using 75w90.

use the weight of oil specified in the owner's manual. Synthetic is better.
Do I need to flush them to convert to synthetic?
No.
