Do newer cars benefit from high mileage oil?

I have a 2017 Honda CR-V that will have 75,000 miles at my next oil change. I change the oil every 5000 miles with full synthetic oil and have had no problems with the vehicle. It runs like new and it sounds like new. Should I change to high mileage oil for vehicles that have 75,000 miles and higher, or should I stick with the regular full synthetic oil since my car is only four years old? Thank you.

Stick with what you have already been using. The key is the oil change intervals and it appears you are on top of it (every 5,000 miles).

Your engine seems to like what you're doing. So keep doing what you're doing and keep using what you're using.
