Scotty, what are your thoughts on the 2015-2020 dodge challenger R/T with the zf automatic transmission? I’ve been wanting one for a while but have been skeptical ever since I’ve heard your horror stories about fiat Chrysler products. Are the challengers and chargers at least somewhat reliable?
If really want a Dodge Challenger, why just get a pedestrian R/T model? Get the Hellcat with manual transmission which will make very popular in your HOA
Challenger R/T's are very nice cars. The 5.7 Hemi is a tried and true motor. I had a 2014 and I absolutely loved it. That said, quality is not all that good. Whether or not it is worth the trade off is up to you. The Challenger is the best looking of all the muscle cars out there IMO. I'm a sucker for retro designs.
My bro bought a brand new blue metal flecked, black striped, manual R/T. It's beautiful and a hoot to drive. But his princess stays parked and wrapped in a garage most of the year. He probably lost a fortunate to depreciation on it too.
