Hey Scotty. I have a Frend with a lifted dodge truck. The truck pulls to the right. We know it has a weak power steering pump because there is no power steering at idle. We already checked the inner and outer tie rods and are frequently greased. Is it the steering rack? Their is a grinding noise when the truck accelerates and gains the power steering back.

Have you tried aligning it? Are you sure the rims are all in good shape?
I would check the wheel bearings before the steering rack.
