Can I put a used or new TCM in without re programing it to a new car?

Most cars need reprogramming for replacement of those computer modules if they're newer than 2000 some of them even in the 90s

even if it is a used one from the exact same model car? I have a 2003 infiniti, before they put the TCM in the valve body.

If it's new TCM, absolutely ! If used, probably still yes. Don't try it yourself, needs special equip.
