I inherited a 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan SE w/ 150K miles. It was one-owner, had regular oil changes, and overall seems solid.
The lone issue that I have found is that there is is a stuttering/puffing/airy noise when accelerating and it’s either nonexistent or unnoticed if you’re maintaining speed.
I know this could be any number of things, but what’s the best starting point? I’d like to try to keep the thing rolling as our A-to-B family vehicle.

Well a lot of times if you haven't exhaust leak it makes the most noise when you accelerate and the noise will go away when you're just going to the normal speed
